Price List Selections

Select One of the Following Two Options:

Full Line Postcard Promotion - this is the option if you have a goal or marketing objective but don't have a design ready to print. We will take you through the entire process - from brainstorming on the marketing aspects of your promotion, reviewing creative strategies, producing an exciting graphic design and copy layout, and printing & mailing of your promotion. See below to view a list of what is included in both options.

Printed From Client Supplied Files - if you already have a piece designed and ready to print, then this option is for you. If your design is mostly ready but not quite ready per our printing specs, you can still use this option and for $85 an hour we can clean-up your files. We do not provide marketing consultation with this option. We can print from high resolution TIFF files (300 DPI) and Quark documents containing the message side text. Delivery Options: With either option, you can choose to have your Postcard Promotion delivered to you via UPS or Fedex or we can address and mail the piece to your list or a marketing list we obtain for you. Price lists break out the cost of addressing and postage separately so you can see how much the delivery portion cost. See below for details on what is included in addressing services.

Time Frame: In general, from the time you sign-off on the creative, the printing takes 7 days and addressing take 2 to 3 days. Rush service is available. 3 day printing + 1 day mailing is the fastest option. Call for details.

To compare "apples to apples" we offer the following "spec" sheet on our services. We should be able to beat any price if the same services are offered.

Base Price Includes 

(Items in green are only included in the Full Service Postcard Promotions):

• * Marketing consultation.
• * Copy editing from your rough outline of copy points.
• * Graphic design of up to 5 hours. Most projects are completed within this timeframe.
• * Posting of your images on the web for your review.
• * License fee for up to two images. (photography or illustration)
• * Archive of design. Future reprinting is provided at a reduced rate.
• Active project management of your promotion.
• Printing on heavy post card paper stock (12 pt.)
• Full (4C) color printing on front.
• UV gloss coating on front side.
• Black ink printing on back side. (optional cost for color on back)
• For Double and Triple Business Reply Cards, the base price includes scoring, perforating, and folding. 

Addressing & Postage Includes:  Click here for current postage rates

• Receive your list via email and pre-check for correct formatting.
• Review your list for deliverable addresses (can not correct wrong addresses - reviews for proper USPS postal formatting to assist in delivery).
• Imprinting of address and bar code directly onto the post cards or labels for reply card products.
• Applying a seal tab (only applies to Business Reply Cards)
• Use of our postal indicia which will be pre-printed on the post card.
• Complete paperwork for USPS to receive your mail without postage stamps.
• Deliver all post cards to the USPS for distribution.
• The price lists includes an estimate of postage and the set-up fee of $195 and 6 cents a piece to imprint. Actual postage will be charged and is due in advance of your mailing. Actual cost is determined by quantity of list and the geography & saturation of your list.

Standard vs. First Class Option

For any post card larger than 4"x6", you have the option of using standard mail. The downside of standard mail include:

• The post office can delay delivery of your mail along the route. This means that it could take 10 or more days to deliver your piece. Do not use standard mail if you are concerned about the timely delivery of your piece.
• For post cards that can't be delivered for any reason, you do not receive the cards back. First class normally returns undeliverable cards to you. This could help you clean up your mailing list for future mailings. If this is important, consider using a 4"x 6" delivered via first class for your first mailing to clean your list and then you can mail standard in the future.
• 4" x 6" are delivered via first class at a lower rate than standard.

Prices Do Not Include:

• Sales tax where applicable. (VA, DC, MD, MO)
• Proof fee of $40 - includes Fed-ex of proof to you for approval.
• Mailing lists. All prices are from client supplied list or list provided for a separate fee from Track Marketing Group.
• Shipping - if you do not want us to mail the post cards, we can ship via any method you desire and we charge a $50 handling fee plus actual shipping cost.
• Color imprinting on back side is listed in prices list as an optional item. Call for full color on both sides.
• Split runs - (e.g. - same front and 2 different back sides).
• Peel and stick labels are an optional item for reply card products.
• Rolodex perforations cost: $125 set-up and $50 per 1,000 run charge.
• Release of original design is available at an additional charge. Please contact us if you will require a copy of the design to review the cost.
